Ride 5. Injured my ITB again. I'll be off the bike for a bit.

Trails: AmbideXCrous, Lazy Boy, Tools of the Trade, Buttafuco, Hidden Valley, Flintsones, Spawn of Bolderdash, Autobahn.

Rode with Ian Harker and Tom Macksey today. It's nice to ride with people.
